Workshop FAQs

  • What happened to the free places?
Our limited quota of free places for the 2024-25 academic year have now been claimed. We will be releasing a refreshed number of free places, along with a new calendar of workshops, in Autumn 2025 so please check back then. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media, at the bottom of this page, to be notified.

  • What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel up to two weeks before and receive a full refund for your space on the course. Please select “Cancel Booking” in your original confirmation email to do this.

  • How many times can I change to another workshop?

You can change your space to another workshop one time only within the same academic year (Sep-July). Please note if you would like to change to another workshop you will need to give at least two weeks notice.

  • How will I know my place is confirmed?
For paid places - once you complete the booking process and your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then be touch in the week before the workshop with any on-the-day information you’ll need - please keep an eye on your spam folder for these.

For free places - during the check out process you will be asked to complete the Southwark enrolment form, this will also be emailed to you in your confirmation email. Once you submit these your place is confirmed. If there are any issues with your form a member of the team will be in touch to fill in any missing details.
Please note that if you do not complete this form in full, we will contact you to provide any missing details. If you are not able to provide these we may not be able to guarantee your place, or booking deposit refund.

  • Does the session include breaks? Is lunch provided?
Sessions run from 10am to 3pm with a one hour lunch break given generally from 12pm-1pm. Tea and coffee making facilities are available but please note that lunch is not provided. There are plenty of food outlets located on nearby Walworth Road, as well as local cafes such as Electric Elephant, Hermanos Colombian Coffee Roasters, and Rude n Boomin’.
